I doubt they'll bring it. There's already several Corolla class wagons out there:
Matrix
Scion xB
Scion xD

What Toyota needs is a 2 door coupe.

Yeah.. you'll never win, if they wanted to do it they would have done it a long time ago; Matrix and Scions already took care of that for Toyota.

I'd love to see the Cressida/Cresta brought to North america though instead of those boring Avalons.

How bout a twin turbo Supra again....or something a little more exotic to go up against an Acura NSX...probably be a Lexus though. If it went by you fast enough....the blur would look like a station wagon

Corolla Wagon vs. Matrix or Scion

I'm simply reporting on an already existing petition I found during a Google search. The credit for this petition belongs to Dave Scovell.

Corolla wagon vs. Matrix: Similar in size? Yes. However, if you compare the rear quarter and the roofline of these two wagons, I suspect there may be more cargo volume in the Corolla.

The Corolla also has much better rear visibility than either the Matrix or xB. In fact, the new xB has even larger rear blindspots than the original xB.

Stupid!

Sure the matrix isn't as long as a corolla wagon would be, but thats how i see the matrix. If you want a small compact but with "just a bit" more cargo space, go with the matrix. Corolla wagon . . boo

Thumbs down Your First Impression

MLSAllstar:

Your very first post to the TN community says a great deal about you as well as your lack of diplomacy & tact. Congratulations on making a great first impression to this international community.

Apologizes

Well I apologize. I may have come over a little strong but i just feel that I was adding to what was already stated, that the matrix is here for a reason and thats why toyota would never consider a corolla wagon. I feel very strong agains how people create unnecessary petitions for uneducated reasons. Again, sorry. My post reflected the topic not the person.

Actually.. the Matrix/Vibe are based on the same chassis from what I understand, look at the Matrix and the Corolla up close and the front ends look very similar.

Apology accepted.
I did not create this petition. Any complaints should be sent to Dave Scovell who originated it.

it is a long shot for Toyota to send the Fielder here in North America.....as someone already mention just be glad we have the Matrix here it is already called Corolla Matrix why bring another wagon to North America..people may conflict with Matrix and the Fielder it doesn't make sense...
