Remote Programming

Hello All,

Newbie first poster here. Has anybody come across the instructions for programming the keyless remotes on the 09's yet? I'd like to reset the remote to open all the doors at once rather than the factory setting of pressing the key twice.

Thanks,

Dan

Meh, It's just a lazy thing... And I think you have to take it to the dealership and have them do all the customizing for those features.

I just hooked up the Techstream to my car and changed it myself, but I have that luxury .

As for why change it. I don't like pressing it twice, because most times when I open the car, I want at least both front doors open. I find myself pressing it twice almost all the time, and then the one time when I don't press it twice, someone goes to open the other door.

I find it more convenient to have it open all the doors with one push.

Jeff

But its so funny to open your own door and let you friends hang outside banging on the window in the pouring rain!
