Anything I should look for when I pick up my new Corolla S?
If all goes as planned, I should be picking up my 2009 Corolla S on Wednesday 5/21.
Are there any common little, or big, 'issues' on the 2009 Corollas that I should look for?
Just hoping to avoid finding something after I get it home...only to find that others have had the same issue. Especially since the dealer is a bit of a drive from home.
every delivery is different so there's nothing specific to look for, but check inside and out for any signs of damage, MAKE SURE they fill up all your fluids like wiper fluid, tranny fluid etc...
i did a detailed walkaround inside and out, i brought my own flashlight lol
Take your time checking everything, before and after you sign the contract...make sure everything is within your satisfaction, this is your car,not the dealer...Make sure you get first free oil change coupon..LOL.
If you are a repeat customer and you finance it thru TFS,you might want to call Toyota Encore Program you might get a cash rebate or free gift..what ever they offer at that time..We are still waiting for our free gift..

check if the front lights work. When we purchased our 09, the front lights did not work when it was time to take it home. They checked the fuse, wiring etc and could not figure it out. Luckily there were a few other white S on the lot and we waited an extra hour to fill out the paperwork all over again while they washed and prepped the car.
