Dealership Accessories

Have any of you purchase accessories from the dealership? (in Canada)

I am looking to add few of them to my new Corolla S and
wanted to get some feedback from anyone if you already got them.

Also any pricing and availability info would be nice, although I can just call the dealership and ask. (I know.. I am lazy... )

I am interested in getting the following:

-All season floor mats
-Cargo Liners
-Door sill protectors
-Sports pedal

and possibly the roof racks and adoptors if the price is right.

Please share if you know anything.

I'm getting a corolla S too. I held back on the accessories because the sales agent made no attempt to offer them at discount or free.

You can see most of the prices on Toyota Canada's website www.toyota.ca

When you price the vehicle, after you select your color, you can see the other options such as floor mats, hood deflector etc. The prices are to the right. Those prices may not be set in stone. I was able to get the hood deflector for free with my car and I paid $65 (plus tax) for the all season floor mats.

Sport pedals: $76.70
Cargo Liner: $122.95
Floor Mats: $81.95

Guess I got mine just before the hugh rush. Corolla S Auto (without Moon roof), hood deflector, side moldings, all weather mats, cargo liner and XM tuner for $24,000 on the road. I bought the car in mid-March and took possession 2 weeks later. The prices listed for the accessories on the Toyota site includes installation, therefore the over the counter cost on most items should be a bit less.

Price of accessories are apparently a little off. For the ones I ordered dealer gave me the following prices (no discounts, just a small difference):

- All season Mats : Dealer= $82.75, Site= $83
- Electrochromic Miror: Dealer= $259, Site= $262.96
- Bluetooth: Dealer= $557.50, Site= $562.95

- Remote Starter: Dealer advised me they were having too many issues with those and that they now install "Auto-Start" instead for $399.90. Site= $670.88.

- Cargo Liner: Dealer advised me against it. Apparently if you leave it on constantly it will create moisture build up which will cause the floor to rust. I opted against it.

BTW... These prices are for my area as they apparently vary depending on the province you indicate when pricing your vehicle on the site.

Dealer accessories are usually way overpriced, so if you can find those things you listed elsewhere you can save a bit of money.
