2009 Coprolla CE problems

Hey guys. Have an 09 ce for about a month now. Decent car but I have a few issues. First, the brakes. When you're pressing the brake pedal and then ease the pressure, it feels like a grab or pull, while still on the pedal. Also it's getting a little harder to shift out of park, have to apply a little more pressure. Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks.

Do you use the parking brake? If not, you probably should. Is it only hard to pull from park when you're on an incline?

If you are concerned, take it in and have it looked at as warranty will cover. There might some small adjustment need to be made of some kind. Please report any findings back to us to help us all be informed.

No it's on all surfaces. I was just out for a bit, and it really isn't that hard, it just seems like sometimes it's a little harder than other times. Maybe I'm just fussy.
