Canada Invoice Price for 2009 Corolla XRS

Hey guys,

I was wondering if any of you guys could help me out with what the APA/CCC price is for a 2009 Corolla XRS no options. I'm in Toronto if that matters.

Thanks!

Not sure what the invoice price was but I paid 25651.59 (manual) OTD including 'lifetime' rust-proofing and winter floor mats.

Are you asking what prices the dealership gets the vehicle for?

If the web site is correct, there's a $500CDN Toyota Gas Card as well...
Wow, I got screwed, it told me 20005 bucks :-P lol just kidding. Also, add $75 Federal gas tax (TAX FOR FUEL CONSUMPTION)--funny story, the dealer forgot to put that in when negotiating price with me, then realized it and had to kinda eat that cost so I ended up getting the "purchase" base price reduced even more. Of course, in Ontario, dealers by default include the $399 "registration" fee for the VIN etching program--I bet you can get them to remove is since I got it removed by showing them a quote from Quebec, which apparently does not do the VIN etching programme.

I'd be upset if there is a $500 gas card--I thought that was just for Matrix XRS? If there is one, I wonder if I can get it--I got my 'rolla in July, although my initial sales slip says Jun 30th... *sigh*

Edit: I think carcost is wrong on the gas card, this is from Toyota website:

Get a Gas Gift Card or equivalent discount when you purchase, finance or lease a new Toyota.
Eligible 2008 and
2009 Models
Gas Gift Card or
Equivalent Discount
2008 Avalon $1,000
2008 Sienna $1,000
2008 FJ Cruiser $2,000
2008 Tacoma $1,500
2008 Tundra (4x2 only) $2,000
2008 Tundra (4x4 only) $3,000
2009 Matrix (2.4L Engine only) $500
2009 Camry $1,000

For some reason they are giving the gas card to the XRS matrix and not the XRS corolla, no fair!!!

thanks for all the info guys.

Typically, how much markup do they expect from the car cost price?

The 2.4 Litre in the Matrix is used in the XR, XRS and AWD Models so its just not for the XRS model.
