Just ordered a new 09 Corolla S. On the average how long is it between order to delivery.

Guess it'll depend how many 09's your dealer gets.

Our Corolla took 3 weeks. My Tacoma took a little over a month.

My dealer ordered a manual S and it took about 5 weeks, I think I would've had it sooner but there was a transportation strike in Buffalo.

Ask your dealer what the build date is. My dealer claimed it would take about 10 days (not sure if it was business days or calendar days) for it to reach the dealer after it is built. Of course that also depends on where your car is coming from--TMMC is probably closer to you, but the car has to cross the border, NUMMI is farther but no border crossing. If it is coming from TMMC or Japan, it might take longer than a NUMMI car.

Thanks for the info everyone! Never thought of asking for the build date. The build date is Aug. 11 dealer should get it a week later. My wife is excited about her new car she has been driving a 1990 Grand Am SE for 18 years now.
