what do you call those devices that you put on the air intake hose after (or before) the air filter? are they "really" any good? does it really improve horse power and gas mileage?

In that case, you might as well install either a cold-air intake or a short-ram to increase the efficiency...G'd ones aren't available yet...

In terms of atomization, they work great with carburetors and throttle body injection, but very marginally (if at all) with direct port injection.

I was told that stuff is BS. Just like those tablets you put in your gas tank to get you 3 Billion miles to the gallon.
