09 corolla spreaker SIZES?

wHAT is the size for the front and rear speakers?

n my XRS, I was looking around and found out the size. Now I would like to here a forsure YES before I make a buy...

So for the Front speakers they are 6x5
and for the
rear they are 6x9

There are no such thing as 6x5 speakers. Are they oval or circle shaped?

Yep 6.5 front circle, so that is the size then, and for the new guy there 6.5 is also 6 1/2

1" tweeters (if equipped).

JBL system: 2.5" midtweet upper front doors, 6.5" woofer in front doors, and 6x9 in the rear deck.

Dunno, a lot of Toyotas have 6x9s all around. I'm not familiar with the Corolla stereos, and thought maybe he meant 6x4 or 6.5 - didn't know which. That's why I asked if they were oval or circle.

Wish my car had 6.5" openings up front. It would have made my install a lot easier. But the 6x9 openings did allow me to put the tweeter right next to the mid; so I guess there's some benefit.

In the non-xrs, with just the standard stereo, you have a 1" tweeter and 6.5" in the front door (with about 3" of depth clearance) and two 6x9's in the back deck. I put Alpine all the way around in mine and it all fit fine w/ no major mods.
