Post HELP: Upgrading my 09 Corolla

I plan on doing some basic upgrades for my 09 Corolla S and I was wondering if anyone knew particular compatible parts for the 09. Along with the estimated price.

It is hard looking around for the right pieces because the 09 is fairly new.
So far I only know:

HiDs: 5000K Xtreme Digital HID Conversion Kit x2 ~$500.00
Suspension: Eibach Pro-Kit Lowering Kit ~$215.00
Dampers: _________
Cold-Air Intake: _______
Muffler/Exhaust: ________
Tires/Rims: _________

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

HiDs are about $70 on ebay, and get sprint springs instead, that's a drop you'll actually notice. I got it on mine and I'm very happy.

I plan to get HiDs for both the Headlights and Foglights, but would i require anything else other than two HiD kits? Is it just a simple plug in, or would I need to purchase a mount or something.

if u use the eibach springs the drop wont be noticeable. as for the air intake modification, www.weapon-r.com already has one for the 1.8L engine.

Thanks! I plan to use Eibachs along with 18s. I'm primarily trying to rid the gap between the wheel and body. Would that still not be noticeable?

18s and the eibachs will bring the gap down nicely... it wont eliminate it completely, but you also won't get RUB. Which is more important than anything.

uh, do they even make springs for the 09 Corolla yet? Sorry I don't remember if someone had put springs that were meant for the 9th gen Corolla on the 09 yet. If they haven't made them yet, you can't say that until we see them.

Won't I rub/scratch with Tein's + 18s?

In Hawaii, we have a major problem with potholes.

City crews filled 1,400 more potholes last month than they did in February of last year, and now plan a combination of quick fixes and major road reconstruction that Mayor Mufi Hannemann estimates will cost about $70 million over the next two years.

Hawaii just fills existing potholes with cheap asphalt, which pops out within a couple of months. So I am very skeptical about lowering it by a lot.

lowering your car is really not advisable if the location where you regularly drive is full of potholes.
