2009 Corolla is a Lemon

Since i have got my car the transmission has been replaced and is still not fixed sunroof rails have been replaced, rear windshield has been replaced door panel was broken replaced. They tried to fix the rattles from the back of my car but they are still their.

My car is clearly a Lemon

Silverman helps does not exist anymore are their any other types of media i can go to too get the word out. Something like Silverman helps.

I want my car to be bought back. I would use Camvap but i think its a scam. I cant even find a lawyer that would handle something like this.

Can someone give me any ideas.

Wow, I'd be pretty pissed off if that happened to me. I hate rattles, especially in brand new cars.
Certain things can be fixed, like the transmission, and the car is on its warranty, so its only a pain in the butt until they get that fixed.
Go back to the garage until your car is perfect !

They have replace my tranny already........ so it seems like it cant be fixed when it downshifts sometimes it feels like its skipping and then the tranny shifts really rough.

Tell them to change the tranny again, until it goes well !

Gee, its a brand new car.

This is unacceptable.

Could it be that they didn't change it?

As I said before, try another dealer. Don Valley North sucks @ss. Voice your concern with Toyota Canada at 1-888-TOYOTA-8.

does your state have a lemon law ? In WI, if you have an ongoing issue, I believe if it happens 3 x and is the same issue, it can fall under lemon law resulting in a complete refund. Can you check into the availability of a lemon law where you live? If not..... Maybe go to your dealership, on a nice warm sunny day after they run an ad, and blow your top in the showroom, surrounded by allot of potential customers...raise your voice about your issues and unhappiness....sometimes it takes a little friction to show there is a need for compassion, and some ummmm lube. It worked for me with a previous VW issue, resulting in a full purchase return and a trade up to a better vehicle overall. Good Luck. Patrick

Are these rattles occurring when you are driving with the sunshade open but the moonroof(glass) closed? If so, that is just the sun shade bouncing around on bumps. Its not a major issue.

If it is not happen during that exact circumstance then you got a problem...

OH OH OH... i got a new one too.... Passenger side air-vent fan... It makes this annoying high pitch buzz/squeal. (Not a normal fan noise)

Yeah, the oil burning is another problem that's talked about a few threads down.

i think to have a car to become a lemon..

3 tries for the dealer..

if it still brakes one more time.. i heard that you keep that.. and they give you another car..

i think theres a little more.. but i dont remember..

you should have receipts for EVERYTHING!
