Help, on the road price for Corolla in Canada, Ontario

Hi guys, I'm new in this forum. I'm thinking about purchasing a corolla sometimes next week or even this weekend, but I still don't really know what is the best price I can get for Corolla CE enhanced model / Corolla LE model. Can you guys tell me the lowest price that I can get? and which dealer that can give me a big disc for cash purchase?.Since I went to a Toyota dealership at downtown Toronto , they only give me 500 dollars off (for LE model) = cad 23998 + 420 dollars off ( for CE enhanced )= cad 22180. I haven't negotiate for the final price, that's just based on the disc that they can give me at first. Thanks, I'm looking fwd to hear from you guys and I really appreciate it. Please give me some advice on this .

thats wayyyy too much...do a search and u'll see people are offering 20,500-600 for a loaded LE with moonroof.

Yeah thats why i thought they just trying to jack me up, I was looking at that price too thats why I'm wondering. If you don;t mind telling me do you know which dealer that can offer that on the road price 20K for LE model? (includes registration and misc?)

is this price inlude registration and etc? or its just the MSRP + the freight delivery?
