Have you tried holding the hour button down? If its anything like my Camry, you just need to hold down the button and cycle thru the numbers.

You have to be parked to change it. With the car off (no use wasting fuel) I turn my key to accessory to light it up, then hold down the button for a couple of seconds and it starts flashing on hours first, then minutes. It's in the manual guys...

Showing time, press the button down for a few seconds until the minute starts to blink. Then press once each time to change it minute by minute. Once minute set, press button for for a second till hour starts to blink and do the same as before. Once selected, leave it and blinking will stop nand time is set.
