No, it's not a factory option.

Tideland Prius is correct.
When reverse gear is engaged Intermittent audio peeping and display lights up with any object 3.5' from the rear bumper. Beeping frequency will increase as object gets nearer and louder continuous peep when 3" away. It's not a factory item.
Got it off ebay and installed it myself.
The clear rear bumper protector is Trimbrite Bodyguard.
Tint is limousine.
Those are the sensors for back-up unit. They are the ones, 4 of them that senses and tells the unit on the dash how far objects are from rear bumper and which side of car they are.
It's cheap. Well built. From China of course. Figures it saves me a lot of head cranking and rear bumper repair. Wife loves it.
What's that below the stereo? Cool looking climate control.. lol.
Tint looks good, though odd since there's nothing on the front. I'm probably going to get 30% on the front two, then 20% on the back three tomo.
That's standard for Canadian LE models. It's auto-climate control. Not my favourite feature.
Tinting for front is not legal here. Chose limousine tint at rear for privacy. A great help to cut glare from following cars at night.
