So...at the top of this forum, theres that ad bar...why is it showing Chevy Silverado ads saying "Better coverage than Toyota, click here"

When you have an extremely top heavy company (Ford and Chrysler too)that pays themselves more than all the employees combined and a rough patch comes along its easy to see how this can happen. That and when you put out a product that nets poor resale it was only a matter of time. Toyota, Honda (even Hyundai and Kia to some extent) who put out out a half decent product with better resale will not suffer as badly, but the world economic troubles will still affect them but not the same extent.
