One way to keep the Unions away is to treat employees well. Looks like the Japanese companies figured that out a long time ago!
That way the employee has to ask themselves....Would I be better or worse off with a union, should a question arise! UNIONS USED TO SERVE A GOOD PURPOSE...IMHO not so today. The little guy still gets screwed!
I think everyone figured out that going to a Congressional hearing for a $$ bailout for the auto companys
IN THE COMPANY'S PRIVATE JETS WAS POORLY THOUGHT OUT...LIKE AN 8 YR OLD WOULD HAVE MADE A BETTER DECISION FOR THE SAKE OF
PR!! Those execs must be smoking crack
OT: I think the idea of forcing employees to take their vacation time probably has more to do with having to pay them more if they don't....just a guess!
