Aftermarket - What would you do?

Corolla 2009 XRS....

I have not done anything to my corolla yet, I may get the windows tinted soon and buy some Window visors. But other then that I havn't done much.

What would you do to your car?
What could you do to save Gas?
Have you added anything into your car audio?

Well just checking to see what this corolla can get into, and if there is anything out YET?

Well that is all!

The hyper milers do a number of things to improve mpg.......one of the easy ones is to run the tire pressure up to the max shown on the sidewall.

If I could do anything to the car first thing I'd do is find a body kit other than the one for the S and XRS to put on my LE. Besides that I'd recommend new wheels, and maybe getting a new sound system installed (I would never do that myself, I'd only break everything). A couple guys have modded their rides. You can look at theirs' for some ideas.

Tinted windows are a good start.
Window visors are nice (I think)
I did a hood visor, and scoop aswell.
7" Alpine DVD/Nav, upgraded speakers, 4x100W RMS amp, and a sub in the trunk. XM Radio. Sport pedals, after market rims (Stocks rims for the winter with Michelin X-Ice2s [no TPMS]).
Might consider some graphics, decals or stripes, and an aftermarket exhaust. Maybe aftermarket suspension and or brakes as time goes on.

PS.. nice choice going with the XRS.

Holy crap! You've done so much already and theres not even much available for the 09s yet !! What kind of wheels are those and size?? Since you have that scoop, i'd remove the nose mask, looks a little bit weird imho. or is it the hood scoop?

No disrespect, but the fake AutoZone hood scoop & hood deflector really need to go. The car is beautiful without 'em (just my 2 cents).

I have a LE and the first thing I did was tint the windows,
I called up WeatherTech and they are still "making" window visors for '09
Shopping for an aftermarket multi-media to replace my stock radio. Did not get any upgrade package, so my radio stinks. Considering JVC KW-AVX810 with detachable screen. Just waiting for the right price on Ebay.

Question...even though it comes with everything that is needed to mount it, my concern is how it is going to look afterwards, meaning....dealing with the curve.

Man looks good man, the hood scoop looks nice, I think it would be better looking if you had a tubro under it.. But I may go with lowing in the sumer time, just cause it make you handle the road alot better.

And I think the XRS bodykit, look sweet maybe a back bumper.

anyways nice rides!

Try to keep the flaming of people's cars to a minimum. People have different tastes. Doesn't make their choices "retarded".

ok it's not retarded, but "questionable" when people learn to fix up their cars because they watched Fast and the Furious, etc. and buy made in China crappy parts.

Hey, that's nothing...you should see the car in this thread...

We all have different tastes, what I find to be excessive and gaudy..you may like, what you find sparse and plain, I may find unique and classy....
