Toyota or Aftermarket

I am debating between getting the Toyota VIP and Remote starts vs an aftermarket one from someone like Viper.

I like the aftermarket ones because you can customize it, put different sensors and the numerous add ons.

But I like the one from Toyota because thats one less key fob I will have to carry around.

In my area the remote start is actually an aftermarket one, they default to CompuStar but i was given the option of any aftermarket.

Anyways, the point is, the remote start was still a completely seperate remote about the same size as the on-key fob.

I asked about a factory remote start and they said there was issues with it so they were not offering it and this was more reliable down the road.
