Also, I am looking to buy a 2009 Corolla LE what price am I looking at including tax, title everything.
right around the holidays. They usually mark off the price a little bit for great deals. Go on the 31st in the morning. They will do anything to reach their quota...so talk to them around that time...and hope they still need to reach it.
I have offered $17,000.00 to several different dealerships on a 2009 Toyota Corolla LE with 6 disk cd, keyless remote, cruise including tax, title, everything. What do you think of my offer? Is it too much!

There's no way we can tell unless you at least post the window sticker price. Trying to get us readers to guess the window sticker price will get you nowhere, as we could be several hundred dollars off.
I am in the process of purchasing an LE myself. I accepted an offer, and will buy on the 27th.
My last offer was $16,520 (including destination fee).
After $1400 in incentives it comes out to $15,120.
The LE has VSC, 6 disc CD Changer, Cruise Control, All Weather Package, Floor mats, etc.
I would definitely push for a lower offer, and make dealers compete against each other. My offer started at $16,927 - so $17,500 seems kind of high to start.
Just push, push and push. Don't let them pressure you, you pressure them by talking with them, but tell them you will not buy until the 30th or 31st. They will work with you more when you give them some breathing room days to try to work for your business.
Key thing, do not tell them what you "would like" to pay. Have them make the offers. Just keep saying no, and tell other dealers "my last offer. Take off a hundred or two when you tell them other offers.

Tell me where your dealer is and I want the same deal. Does that include tax, title and everything?
