I'm really interested in getting the TRD strut tower brace and rear sway bar installed. I'm not really interested in getting the lowering springs because the roads here in PA are really bad. So, will I benefit at all just from installing the strut tower brace and rear sway bar? Do I really need the lowering springs with these other items? The 09 Corolla's suspension seems kind of sporty anyway, just looking for some better performance in the turns. Please help me decide. Thanks much.

I'd say just the bars too... but if you are going to want to lower your car an inch or so down the road, you might as well get it all done at once... If you don't want to lower/level your car, then just bars

Why would lowering the car have anything to do with how bad the roads are? You aren't going to notice much more stiffness with the lowering springs if that's what you are worried about. They are TRD springs so they are made to be used with the stock struts without limiting/changing the function of the struts.
