Computer Chips??
So I've been cruisin' Ebay and see a lot of sellers advertising these computer chips mods for the Corolla. They claim to boost horsepower, mpgs and such. Are they legit or what? Something tells me NO.

If it can boost by that much hp with that low price, Why would people spend thousands on modding to gain hp instead of buying one of those???
