Often, I go look at the new cars in the parking lot at Toyota, and I hardly see any black Corollas, and never see Blue. I guess that they hold what they think they will sell.
These are the colors I see most often there.
A) Silver Grey
B) Magnetic Grey
C) Red
D) Desert Sand
E) White
F) Black
G) Blue

Blue is for the Corolla S only and not too many people want black because you have to wash it often.
What? Blue is available on all models. The green and beige are the only colors not available on the XRS and S, but available on the other three (or two) models.
On the line at TMMC we have been building ALOT of the Desert Sand and white. Magnetic Grey and silver are also both very common. The green is probably one of the rarest colors, but also one of my favourites along with the blue.

Not in Canada, it's only available on S/XRS models.
I see a lotta silvers and mag grey. There's a decent number of mag grey CEs

The XRS also has blue available.

Blue is only available on S and XRS models in Canada, while in the USA, you can get it on all the models.

EDIT: Whoops... I was doing a search and saw your post, didn't see it had already been answered, my mistake.
For the first time in many years, silver is not the most popular colour of new cars sold in North America. This year it was white.
In Europe, a full 40% of cars sold are white. Must be the hotter climate.

Since I bought magnetic grey that is about all I see.
