2009 Auto show anyone

Hey,
I just wondered if anyone from the GTA and area will be heading to the auto show in the next couple of weeks to check out the new Corollas and all that Toyota has to offer.
Any thoughts... I know for sure I`ll be there, probably both weekends!

Nope... I always make the trip to the Detroit show instead of the Toronto one. I'm and auto-show snob

Last week I attended 2009 Auto-show in Philadelphia. 1010 Corolla was not presented there. There was a couple of 2009 LE models only. They did not even show XLE or S/XRS models.

cheap tickets? lol I wish there was such a thing, although they aren't that expensive to start with. The first year I went was last year and it was pretty cool. I want to check out the corvette's this year. The display of Lambo's last year was pretty sick!

I had never thought about hitting the Detroit one, maybe an idea for next year!

Detroit, this year, was absolutely pathetic, to say the least. No XRS' 09 or 10. Nissan didn't show, Porsche didn't show...

I've been going to Detroit for, literally, every year for the past decade, on opening day... this year was, by far, the worst turn out I've ever seen. Good part was, no waiting in ticket or entry lines, and you didn't have to fight through a mob of people to see what (wasn't really) there.

I expect Toronto to be similar. I don't see us having to stand in line, although we are going family day (monday), but we'll see.

Canada

I heard on the radio that you only need to pay $14 which includes show admission and transportation from Willowdale Subaru, Markham Mitsubishi (and couple other dealers). Do call up those dealers for more information.

That's cool and a good deal. If anyone has kids they do have the family pass 40 bucks two adults to kids. Just a thought...

Just in case if Nissan will not be there.

.
Why would you worry if you didn't see an S or XRS at the auto show (You've got one in your driveway right?). If you're really desperate, just go down to your Toyota dealership.

2010 Corollas don't have any major changes, so I don't know why its such a big deal not to see them at the show. They'll be out soon in the next few weeks.

Wow… you got me very seriously ...
No, I’m not gonna worry about that. I said that in generally. I shared with what I saw and simply let to know how Toyota presented itself on the Auto Show in respect to Corolla. That’s all.
