Is my mileage normal????

Driving in city, and rarely on highway. I'm averaging 9.3L/100km and that's like 430km per tank. Before I'm getting 9.1L and its been going up . Is this normal. I usually step down to 2k-25k rpm during acceleration.

My car has 18000km on it.

City driving is the worst impact on mileage. Since snow impacts traction, and colder weather impacts fuel mixture and warm up times, its a recipe for bad numbers. If you want o really see if you're getting the right numbers, take a highway trip and calculate just that portion and see where you are sitting compared to the ratings.
