I have an LE with just power windows and cruise control. Is it possible to get these things after buying the car.....???

Moon/sun roof
blue tooth
body kit of XRS/S model....
Navigation system(screen)

It would most certainly cost less and be less of a hassle if you just traded your current car in for a model with the features that you want.

for the moon/sun roof add-on, toyota wont install them after purchase. auto body shops will do them but i dont know where you can buy original parts.

i THINK toyota might do the GPS screen, and that'll probably come with bluetooth. As for body kit, thats a bit far fetched, and a definite no for sunroof.

Actually, anything is possible. In most of those instances however, it would be more expensive to have it installed after the manufacture of the vehicle. And depending on the add-ons as noted above, it may be a better choice to trade it in for the exact vehicle you want.

if you wanted all that, you should've went with the S or XRS.

You can buy after market body kits.
You can buy after market stereo (Nav & Blue tooth built in)
Aftermarket sunroof you might be in trouble with that one ... (powered at least)
