Question and i don't know where i should get it!

also, i would appreciate advice on dealers near whittier (LA area), california. i've never bought from a dealer before so if anyone has any advice on what i should expect, or even recommendations for a dealer that would be great! i was looking at google and found http://www.norwalktoyota.com and they look pretty legit but i've never heard anything about them.

advice please!!

Get it at the place that has the best price and closet to you.

Take your time, set out a time limit to shop. Check prices at dealers close to you and close to where you shop or work. Always get a price quote with all tax and other charges in. This is the bottom line price you will make the check for and not a penny more. Get the first price and then go back and ask for their best price, then low ball them by $1500 to see if they will bite. Check out the dealers and see if they look like a good place to buy, the best places usualy have the most cars. The best time to actualy make the deal is at the last 2 or 3 days of the month. The dealers have to meet quotas to get discounts from Toyota. Do not try to rob them, give them a chance to make a small profit to keep them in business. For my Canadian Corolla CE with enhanced package, I got $800 off, 4 steel rims ($240)for my winter snow tires and body side moldings. ($240) In Canada they already lowered the prices for Corollas about 15% before I got my discounts. Try to get the deal close to where you live or work.

go to Longo

www.longotoyota.com

If you're in Whittier, just go up the 605 to the 10 exit Peck Rd. in El Monte

Or better yet, there's 50 something Toyota dealers in the LA area, so you can get some good deals ($1500 rebate!)

Go to dealership's to figure out exactly what car and options you want.
Then go to the Toyota official website and configure the exact car you want and hit "Get dealer quotes"
It will have you send it to as many dealerships you want in your area. Do at least 3~4.
Wait an hour.
Review quotes and buy where you are most comfortable - Hassle free!
At least that's how I did it. No all day Fk'n around for a $500 discount, cut to the chase.

Can't suggest a dealer down there but all I can suggest is make sure you know exactly what trim/options/etc. that you're buying before you get there. Scout the Toyota website out for a while before you go.

Whenever I've walked into a dealership I usually know more of the nitty gritty than the salesperson.

yup that's exactly what i did i went to a few dealers to test drive and check out the options for the car i wanted. then go online and build my car and locate it. got quotes from few dealers and the one in whittier gave me the best price for my vibe gt. it was easy dealing online than talking to them in person lol

Yep, ask any new car salesmen....and if their honest w/ you....they hate the Internet buys. Kills most the profits and a large commission. They still make something for every sale- but keeps it at the minimum. I priced mine last yr during March madness....never left the house and didn't miss any basketball. Went in next day and did the deal. Hassle free. I will never buy another car/truck thru a salesman again!

dude, I'm in the norwalk area...and dont deal with norwalk...they recently had their Scion selling privilages revoked because they were raising prices. if you want a dealer near that area, I can hook you up. I'm friends with a fleet manager at pensky toyota. go ahead and do what those guys said and build and locate the car, then we can talk to set up a time to talk to the fleet manager. I bought mine that way and I got it for about $600 over invoice. I located which one I wanted and he got it shipped to his dealer within 3 days. Pm me if you wanna get in touch...and btw I dont make any money off this deal.
