bolt pattern 2008 vs 2009

Hi,

I just wondered if anyone knows if the bolt pattern from 08 is the same as the 09. The 09 is 5x100.

OK, thanks. I figured they were since that wasn't really something they changed but I don't know anything about this and the store had no listing for the 09's.

Bolt pattern is the same, however offset is different between the 08 and 09. You'll want approximately 6-12mm lower offset for the 2009 Corolla compared to the 2003-2008.

What is the offset for 08 and 09?

Depends on the exact model, but for base models:

2008: 15x6.0" 5x100 +45mm Offset
2009: 15x6.0" 5x100 +33mm Offset

you sure Jeff? I thought the 09s had +38mm wheels (XRS at least).

So as long as you're buying a wheel with say, max +40mm offset she should be ok right?

She found some SWEET rims, that will fit, for an AMAZING price...and she better get them!!! Actually XRSized found them for her....

Yes, XRS has +39mm, but that doesn't really allow a direct comparison, as there were no 7" wide wheels on the 2008 models. The important part is the difference between the 2008 and 2009, not the actual numbers, they're arbitrary numbers.
