Rattle in left side pillar

I have a 2009 XLE and there is a rattle in the left side pillar by the driver's left ear. It is above the seatbelt mechanism. It sounds like something metal swinging loose and when I go over large enough bumps, it taps against something. ..Kind of like a couple of empty hangers in the closet, if you tap one hard enough it swings back and forth and hits the other one. I know, strange explanation but that's what comes to mind when it happens. I can press on the fabric ABOVE the plastic part of the pillar and it stops.

How do I get in there? Does anyone have a diagram?

Thanks
Hutch

It sounds pretty much as a plastic clip who felt somewhere inside the pillar!
I have the same problem with the rear pillar since they changed the rear speakers, and I don't know how to access the loosed clip(s)
