Door panel removal

Hey does anyone have to tips as to getting off the front door skins/panels to get at the speakers? i was thinking of modding the door to fit in 6x9's. i dont tihnk it is that big of a stretch... and it would really help the sound.

please no posts shooting down my ideas of simply stating mean opinions.. this site is notorious for that =(

any info on how to get these off would really be appreciated. thanks
