How easy is it to retrofit anyway? It seems like the first thing a good chunk of people do is add HID (low beam or fogs... although I prefer HID yellow fogs if that's the case). How are those units holding up anyway? (e.g. those from XenonDepot). Do they last long? How expensive are the capsules to replace? (I know OEM ones are really expensive)

How do lights make a car look "beastly"?

It's not that their hating, HID in halogen housings are ILLEGAL. But since sooo many people are doing it and getting away with it (myself included) then people are going to keep doing it.

I only hope the people who are criticizing those with HIDs in halogen housings have proper projectors and are not just running projectors bought off e-bay because those are just as bad as HIDs in halogen housings.

And to keep this on topic, I hope you're enjoying your Corolla and it's looking good so far!

ride looks good bro...cant say anything about the HID's .. they look good but have to agree with other people, they are annoying sometimes on oncoming traffic but hey also driving around town with high beams is just as bad. lol...white looks sharp as always!
