blue trim

quick question do all S model corollas come with the blue stitching in the seats? does anyone have any idea how i can change the color on them or remove them? Its my girlfriends car and she wanted to go with red accents similar to the recaro seats in the type R integras

yea i guess thats my only option because the seat covers is deffinately not going to happen. i was just hoping for a simple mod without having to spend $500 reupholstering the seats for something so stupid. Does anyone have a sharpie?

You could use upholstery spray. I don't know how good it wears but its worth a look

i thought of that but i dont want to spray the entire seat on a brand new car.
i was thinking of either removing the blue strings or maybe painting them with some sort of marker or dab them with paint since they are so small

A few guys have mentioned that Trdsparks.com has some very nice looking seat covers. They look like factory upholstery not traditional add-on seat covers.

Or because your girlfriend wants this "simple mod" have her pay for it. She might not want it that bad after all.

haha that sounds like a great idea. i showed her the trdsparks page and she quickly changed her mind and said blue dont look so bad after all
