Asian Corolla Altis

i will be arriving in Manila, Philippines on sunday June 21st (Asian time). i will be there for a week only but i will go to Toyota Philippines to inquire about purchasing parts and accessories that are installed in the Asian Corolla and find out if it is possible. like the side mirror with turn signals, the 4-spoke steering wheel with wood, the oem HID headlamps, the rain sensors, body side moulding with thin strip of chrome, the front grille, the center console with sliding armrest, etc. i will go visit one of their dealership and take a closer look at their 09 corolla. i am here in los angeles right now and will leave friday night. i will post here on what the possibilities are.

Isn't the 4 spoke steering wheel the same as the one from the Camry and Highlander?
