I boughty my S for a daily driver that gets good mileage. It is the first car I haven't modified in some way in 30 years.

I would buy some wheels and tires if it didn't have rear drums. I just don't want to highlight the drums.
I am about to put a backup camera rear view mirror and either paint the toyota badges as well as remove the corolla on the back though. Don't really consider that a modification.

Just don't paint your drums red..... I did the mod not just because it looks better (which it really does in my opinion) , but more importantly I did it because the car handles a LOT better now. I couldn't care less about what somebody else thinks of the way the drums look on my car. I didn't buy the wheels to impress brake affectionados!

Last thing I do in life is going around basing my decisions on other peoples approval.
