Totaled or not totaled?

This is what my car looks like after an accident. Was the other car totaled or not totaled?

Post a picture of the other car, there's no way to tell from looking at a picture of your car.

Ah...a riddle of sorts.

My guess is unless that other car is made of aluminum foil, it will probably look the same.

...That is if your bumper has not been touched since the accident. Looks like sub 10mph collision.

That's the game.

My guess is totaled. There's a steel beam behind that bumper.

OMFG ROFL just saw your license plate! I WIN

The other car was totaled.

I was at a red light waiting for it to turn green when I heard a screech behind me. This woman crashes her Honda Civic into my rear. I jump out and head over to her car and the first thing I see is a fat woman hugging an air bag. She hit me in the hardest place on the back of my Corolla with the place on her car where the air bag sensors are located. Her car was a write off because:

- It was a 10 year old Civic not worth much more than $4000.
- Both air bags deployed.
- the Grill, radiator, and bumper was damaged.
- Her hood was slightly buckled.
- The passenger air bag went off with and made a 3 ft. diameter spider web crack on the windshield.

The bottom line is that it is just too expensive for them to fix that car, so they will probably pay her off and raise her insurance premiums. My car sustained a ruined bumper cover and a bumper bracket.

At least she's 100% at fault. Being rear ended sucks.

I'm no civic fanboy but I have a 91 civic that I paid $500 for, my mum was driving it and rear ended by a big truck, it tore the front bumper off the truck and looked pretty bad whereas hardly a scratch on my civic and I got a check for $1200 in repair costs! Car still runs good

I am also a Honda fan, I would not hesitate to go back to a Honda. I have owned 3 Hondas and they are quality cars.
