You can buy one from trdsparks.com or a bunch of other guys. Check the posts...... or you can buy a TRD filter remove the polution screen above it, and remove all of the intake plumbing up to the air box like I did. Sounds great and works very well. All you have to pay for is the filter. Why pay a couple hundred plus for something that for all practical purposes won't work or sound any better.

hey....thanks for response, what do u mean by the pollution screen? the screen in the top of the box or is it attached to the filter? also would fram work better i dunno...

I modded a 2006 tsx before this car but the toyota vs. acura engine layout is incredible...

It's the screen in the top of the box. It's to prevent gas fumes from coming out of the intake system when you shut ther car off. You can see it's just a screen with little pieces of activated charcoal. i just pried it out.

Also, you need to go with a TRD or a K&N if you want higher air flow. Paper filters are more restrictive. However I would avoid a high performance filter if you live on a dirt road or drive in dusty areas all the time as they can let a few more dirt particles. I've always had good results with them however.

If your interested in any of the other mods I did (look at my signature) I'll tell you where I got mine.

Good Luck

TRD is a toyota division and warranties the parts they sell through the dealer. I've never had an issue. the difference in air flow is so slight (relatively speaking) that I wouldn't be concerned.

What mod did you do?
