Differences between 2009 and 2010 S

I've been looking at both '09s and '10s in my vehiucle search. What did Toyota change in the S model for 2010? VSC is standard, but I haven't really noticed anything else.

It seems as if the '10 is priced lower than '09, but the '09 has a much larger rebate. I know insurance and plates will be cheaper for an '09 than a '10, but resale value will be better for a '10 since it's a year newer.

What am I missing here?

Both: Trac/VSC added, chrome ring added around the knobs on the stereo.

Canada: Nothing else.

USA: Optitron gauges from XRS added, interior trim changed to XRS style (silver bits, different shade of grey, seats are still different).

I think that is all.

Jeff

The S is probably the best to buy with the model change over, as it has the most upgrades!
