Will Longer wipers work on 10th gen?

OEM sizze is 24 and 16"

Reason I ask is because the SO's CRV uses a 17" so I was wondering if anyone had any success with just an additional inch on their wipers?

Only way to know is to do a test fit and see. Why do you want a bigger than needed wiper, though? It won't clear any more usable viewing area.

it was more so that I can just buy one size and use it on either as a spare

How about you just buy the rubber refills for $10 and keep the stock blades which are really good and aerodynamically shaped for these cars.

Almost any automotive shop will sell rubber refills. They are usually close to the wipers, and occupying a much smaller amount of shelf space.

Also when you get an oil change or service done, some dealerships will replace the rubber blades for just the cost of the refills.

Thanks for the update. So when looking for the rubber refills all I need to look for is Driver side 24 and Passenger side 16 correct? The name/make/style etc. of the rubber refills does not matter?

Automotive stores still sell refills outside Arizona? They're phazing them out here; you have to buy the wipers now. Only place to get them is the Toyota dealer.
