Question Zune kit?

I know there is the iPod interface, but is there something for those of us who use the Microsoft zune? I have a 120gb Zune and it would be cool to have the interface for that, but I can't even begin to find any info on this. I have an 09 Corolla. Just bought it 4 days ago.

I am not sure of your Zune connectivity, but you should be able to connect from the Zune headphone output to the auxiliary input of the Corolla stereo using a male-to-male headphone cable (1/8", 3.5mm connectors). The cables are available at Monoprice.com for $0.54 and elsewhere (such as Radio Shack). The internet sellers have shipping charges so you would want to order several items to reduce the shipping cost per item.

Yep,, I have been doing that so far, I was just hoping for the Interface deal so it would charge it while in use and all that. I prefer the no cords look and the factory look of the ipod interface deal. Maybe someday there will be something

Doubtful since the manufacture of the product would never make the R&D costs back! How many Zunes where sold worldwide 10? 100?... Microsoft may say a million sold but they are all sitting on pallets in a BestBuy warehouse ...Sorry Apple fanboy here...

Apple owns the market, so every manufacturer has an iPod interface; Microsoft hasn't touched them yet sorry to say.

I have to enjoy the wonders of my zune pass through an AUX cable as well.

Its all good, still beats 99 cents a song to have it on a "popular" audio player...

Yep no Zune kits. Apple has the lionshare of the market so if there are any integration kits then its for the iPod. The only Zune car integration I know about is in some of Ford's cars using SYNC...which surprise surprise is a Microsoft product. Even that has iPod integration!

Hey look, Zune integration!

I found this back in June. It's made by SoundGate and it's been available since the begining of this year (2009). It offers steering wheel and radio controls, charging, and (supposedly) even video output. I can't vouch for the quality or anything like that since I haven't used it myself, but I thought I'd pass on the information.

Here's its webpage from the manufacturer: http://www.soundgate.com/index.php?r...&productid=614

What I want to know is if this kit passes song Title and Artist text to the radio or not.

I bet if someone were enterprising enough you could mod the ipod kit and take a Zune plug-in and Frankenstein them together.
