plz help..........

hello all ,
this is my second thread. i had an accident in my rolla and had to make the fender, driver front and back door. after fixing everything up , i heard some rattle which i detected and found tht the fender bolts were loose.

now the main problem:-

when i drive the car, i can feel tht the engine noise is really very loud inside the cabin. at first i thought it were the wheel bearing , so i changed them all but still the noise is the same. i also changed the tires , still the noise is there.

the noise is like a huge "hummmmm" coming from the front of the car. usually when i accelerate . it sounds somthing like road noise + bearing noise but i have changed them all so tht eliminates these problems.

also when i rev the engine on ideal "no gears" , the noise isnt there. also i feel tht the fan noise is also very very loud.

do u think there is a hole or uncovered area which is allowing the outside noise to come in the cabin?

could there be a loose bolt? and if then which ones shall i look at?

could there be a possiblity tht some metal piece is touching the from dash and causing a huge hummming noise?

any input shall be appriciated.

So you made a fender and some doors bolted them on and now asking the forum if there are any loose bolts? Not to be a dick, but how can anyone answer that for you?

So you also changed all 'the bearings' and noise is still there excepts in 'no gears'

My advice is get some earplugs and/or take it back to the shop that fixed it.

well the clicking noise which was coming from the fender has been resolved. but there is alot of engine roaring noise inside the cabin which i am sure is not normal since i know how this car drives.

so just wanted ur "friendly suggestions" as to wat could be the problem.....

and about the ear plugs , is tht the best advice u could give?

Is there any way you can take a video showing all the noises that are there?

It would be hard to diagnose without hearing them in real time.

i tried picking up the noise , but on video its not audible.
its just like normal engine noise but hell louder (usually very loud from 50-70km).
i also checked for all the packing materials or noise blockers and it all seems to be inplace.
