personally, id stick w/chrome. i HATE black rims. IMO, they always make a new car immediately look 10 years older and from any sort of distance look as though someone just removed the hubcabs on some steel wheels.
Personally I'd go with a machined or silver painted wheel myself. Chrome is OK but doesn't really fit a Corolla. Black just makes a car look dirty or cheap IMO.
tjsumpthun, if you are the kind of car owner that doesnt care if your wheels are full of brake dust or mud or dirt then go with any rim color/finish. no matter what rim finish you get if you dont clean them it is just the same.
but if you are like many that cleans on a regular basis all the nooks and crannies of a wheel then go for chrome. it will show how well you take good care of car. but choose a classy one. dont go for the cheap ones coz they just wont look good.
im glad you are one person that doesnt want his 10th gen corolla to look like a subaru.
