Don't forget to slam the car on coilovers for maximum effect.

No one wants to see an unsightly wheel gap.

Coilovers ugh...

Unless you live in an area where the roads are PERFECT... coilovers will cause you more grief in the long run. but thats my opinion.

Lowering Springs reduce wheel gap aswell, and the ride isn't as harsh. Just going based on experience.

But if you're a track rat, then by all means use coilovers. Otherwise they are overkill.

Be sure to check for Bolt pattern(Corolla is 5x100) get the right offset and tire size. Any Wheel shop should be able to help you with the correct size and fitment.

Coilovers are great and give a really nice drop but for the northen states and Canada, they're only good to have on a summer car.

Sorry to Hijack this... but

What do you see here on an XRS with Coilovers... the car is from California. It is Andy's

I have yet to bottom out my XRS on TRD Lowering Springs.

I'm just saying, Slammed cars look awsome, but be prepared for Scrapes and Bangs with Coilovers.

The problem? Taking speed bumps and ramps too fast and head on.

Back when I still had my TRD coilovers on, I had to angle my car 45 degrees and crawl up slowly 1 wheel at a time each and every driveway and speed bump to avoid scraping and potentially ripping the front bumper right off.

It's all comes down to how careful you are while driving.

exactly... I had to do that with my 323GTX on coilovers...

it all depends on what you want to tolerate while driving...

I'm just giving the guy some insight here on what he may experience on coilovers. Don't get me wrong, they are great, but a hassel in the northern hemisphere, and especially when approaching speedbumps and driveways.
