I was having the whistle sound right after they did the recall the day before...I mean I hate that sound. This morning I called the dealership up and talked to the service counter guy, he was giving me attitude said they are all full in appointment and wouldn't be able to bring me in til wednesday. I told him alot of people out there are having the same problem, he then said Ithey have done 5000 cars and nothing come back whatsoever, and insists not to check over the computer for a TBS code. After I got off the phone, I went to the dealership and spoke to the service manager and file a complaint with that particular staff about his attitude, then I got my car fixed right the way.

The problem after all, is the mechanic needs to re adjust the plate behind the throttle unit where the intake is mounted.

whistle sound like when u bearly step on it??? cuz i got that! sounds like air is just sucking in and its making it whistle or is it that plate?

Did you by any chance alter your intake box. Ever since I took out all that extra tubing and the white dampner box my 09 whistles as well.

the sound is from the recall....the mechanic forgot to re-adjust the throttle body spacer

...??? mine alwayz had whistled from the very beginnin... ima just buy an intake
