2010 S with Dealer installed XM

I purchased my 2010 S in August and took delivery after the dealer installed an XM receiver add-on. Everytime I start the vehicle the satellite receiver plays audio for about 3 seconds and then goes to static and either shows "Loading" or "No Signal". I have tried refreshing my unit from the XM website with no change in behavior. Seems to be more prevalent on certain channels liek 68 and 115. Any one else had a problem like this?

Go to the dealer and ask them. I believe you get 3 free months of satellite radio when you first purchase the car. After that you'll have to pay for the service.

Take it back to the dealer that installed it and complain.

I had a situation a couple of times on my 09 with the XM. The display would show what was playing but no sound would come out. AM, FM and Aux worked just fine. I had to turn the key off and restart the car to reset it.

Hasn't happened since the first couple of weeks I got the car though.
