I'm loving my Corolla!

Originally, I really wanted a Mazda3. But due to my budget and the fact that Mazda doesn't offer any college rebate, I went ahead to get the Corolla. I got the Corolla S with a sunroof and I just love it! And I think I got a pretty good deal too. I paid 17586 (OTD, after the college rebate) is it good?. The MSRP was 19632 and they sold it to me for 16888. I originally went in to get one without a sunroof since they offered it at 16000 (MSRP 18945) but i just decided to splurge on myself a little bit

And I dont regret it a single bit!

Congratulations on getting a Corolla with a sunroof, which is a nice feature. Thanks for sharing the pic.

I had the same situation. Wanted the mazda3 but all in all for what I was looking for, the corolla had the better package. I got the same model too, except my is black. I paid about 200 more than you did after taxes. Oh, I also got the remote start since I park on the street and its cold in wisconsin.

Congrats! I love my Corolla S also. I had to have the sunroof option too. I figured since I was getting a new car I wanted it with the options that I wanted. I waited until I found one that I wanted in a color that I wanted. I love the Gray Pearl but I have a 07 Matrix XR in that color so I did a Silver Metallic. It sounds like you got a good deal, mine was a little more than yours but I took the 0% interest instead of the $500 rebate that they were offering. I also had the JBL stereo upgrade which sounded so much better than the standard stereo along with several other options.

I've since added a 3M clear bra to the entire front, side skirts, side mirrors and headlamps. I also added a TRD front strut brace, an iPod interface, tinted the windows with legal 35% tint and a Dashmat. Future upgrades will include a +1 or +2 tire/wheel upgrade, springs and TRD rear sway bar.
