hi i found a 2008 toyota corolla altis grille and ive heard that the altis is the same thing as the 2009 and 2010 corollas and i wanted to see if it would fit....thanks

Toyota Corolla Altis Carbon Fiber Grille for years 03-08. They are brand new in box. These are the newest addition to the market. These will make your car look like it is sliding on ice. They are a direct bolt on fit, but may need minor clip mods for some models. We also have two other styles of Altis grilles.

They are referring to the years for the USA models 03-08 so the answer would be no.

if they came out for the 9th gen, it'll come out with it sooner or later for the 10th gen.
