NO

As long as you putting it in doesn't short out something in the car.

I am putting a Clarion double din unit this week

All speakers are already changed to Clarion too. No problem with warranty, remember that obviously, if something happens in the audio area (cables, speakers, etc...) and can be proven that the aftermarket part caused it, the warranty will not be covered for that part.

Technically it will void the warranty on your radio so just don't expect the toyota dealer to replace your alpine unit if something goes wrong (duh!). But that's with anything you do to a car. Putting in a radio will only void the radio warranty, not the exhaust, or engine, etc warranty. This has been covered many time and if you feel like they won't fix your car for whatever reason(say you have an electrical problem that toyota might blame on faulty wiring on your part for installing the radio wrong), just put the old radio back in before you take it to toyota. And they'll never know the difference (unless you seriously f'd something up lol)

If Toyota Motor Credit finds out they may increase your monthly payment because you increased the value of your car.

if toyota motor credit did that, you should also be able to give them the parts you removed and use it to reduce your payments.
