Wow, a Prelude too? And you're just in HS? Talk about a baller...
But so so true. Weight is everything. Look at the Elise & Exige. Those cars have jack-shit inside them. they ain't comfortable, but they are sick on the track.
Very funny, but since I drive mine on the street & I like to be comfortable I'll not worry about 0-60 times & enjoy the comfort of my S!

the prelude will be my main means of transportation to and from school. I still havent bought it. im gonna go test drive it soon, only bad thing is it has 180k miles, and the guy messed up the struts. but no biggie ill just fix it up in the auto shop at my school. and the rolla will just be in the garage. and i didnt do anything since i dont work anymore i cant afford to pay for full coverage.
he wants 2200, but ill negotiate try to drop it to 2000. you guys think its a good deal? 97 stock lude with 180 k miles and minor problems with the struts.
thats a pretty good deal. struts is a minor problem. my friend got his lude for 4k with 160kmiles. just check all the coolant pipes because they tend to warp.
Waaaaiit a second, lemme get this straight. You want to use a 97 prelude that probably has worse gas mileage and requires some work as a daily driver rather than the Corolla that does 0 - 60 in 9 seconds in your garage?
Nothing wrong with that, but I'm just curious as to why? Usually its the other way around yeah?
