i was wondering if there was any way to over ride the governor like a chip or w.e

for my 2010 s 5spd its around 115-120....i know i guy at toyota has the same car and he made a jumper or something and he dumped the speedo over 140

i think you answered your own question here. if u seen the guy at toyota do it with the same car, then I would probably bet there's a way considering the guy at toyota did it.

It will be tough and it will take a large number of us to do it. However, with good planning and enough guns and ammo, we should be able to override the governor.

i went 125ish and the governor didnt kickin yet. but im too scared to do it when theres traffic. ill try again when i have open road. i heard the governor kicks in at 130-132 although i might be wrong.

I don't believe that 132 HP is enough to push the Corolla through the wind at much over 120mph. It takes a lot more power to go faster at those speeds.

I highly doubt that was really the case since the car has a governor that kicks in at 115.

Even the XRS is limited to 133mph. All tested by Car and Driver.

Your speedometer accuracy was probably way off at those speeds causing a false reading.
