Another Eonon Thread

Ok here's my problem. I bought an E1055 for my '09 XRS, works awesome, but I'm having issues with the GPS and Eonon has been absolutely useless with technical help. I'm not the most computer literate guy around, but I can't be this dumb.
I've been told to look for the .exe file to get the GPS software started, problem is, this file does not show up anywhere I navigate on the GPS setup screen. In 6 e-mails to them, they can't grasp the english version of "what folder do I go to to find this .exe file?"
If any of you who have the E1055 and E1083GPS combo could give me a hand here, it would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance, Rick.

Firstly we want to confirm, do you have an Eonon E1083 GPS box or another GPS brand? And if you're using our GPS box, do you use our built-in PolNav map or aother map? Thanks!

I have the E1083 GPS and am using the Polnav maps. I have e-mailes back and forth the last 2 weeks, but they just don't seem to understand what I'm asking. When it did work, it worked well though.

Hi Rick, we get your point, so here is the software file path:

\StorageCard\Navione\ Navione.exe

Is it what you asked for? I would more than glad if you can find this file now

That file path is not option, mine starts at storagecard/polnav-northamerica/ and then i don't know where to go from there. There is a polnav_rm_release.exe file but if I select it, I get an unreadable Chinese error message.

I have couple of questions about the E1083 GPS module.
E1083 GPS has maps for Finland. Am I right?
How do you get/receive updates to the maps in E1083 GPS?
Does E1083 GPS support traffic camera alerts with GPS POI's?
Is there somewhere video demonstration to how the navigation software works?

my friend from Finland, thanks for your interest to Eonon too! For your questions:
1. Yes our E1083 GPS box have built in map for Western Europe, including Finland.
2. We use the newest 2008 version of legal PolNav map, if you want to get updates in the future, please go to the website of PolNav to download yourself. You can update the map through our 2G SD card.
3. E1083 GPS box doen't suport POI.
4. About the video, we have E1055 operation from a customer, but right now don't have demonstration to show navigation software works. Here's the E1055 video:
