There are a lot of threads on this. I've got one going right now about a sale from Ultra Racing.
Front Upper Strut Brace - TRD
Front Lower Frame Brace - Ultra Racing (UR)
Rear Sway Bar - TRD & UR
Rear Upper Strut Brace - UR
Rear Lower Frame Brace - UR

And don't forget lowering springs! Do a search!

Check my other thread for the link. Here is the pic of my Rear Upper Strut Bar.

Yes thickness does matter but the only part that has a choice is the RSB from UR as you can get a 16mm or 19mm one. I was told that if I wanted the most neutral car than combining the TRD & UR 19mm RSB was the way to go. Every part that I've added has improved the response & handling of my S.

All the parts have been very easy to install so far.
TRD Front Upper Strut Bar - 1 Hour
TRD RSB - 10 minutes
UR Rear Upper Strut Bar - 10 minutes

I would always compare your local Toyota dealer & Sparks Toyota for TRD parts prices. The UR bars were on sale at nextgentuning.com & I just ordered lower F & R braces.
